Six Sigma Training : The Great Discovery Six Sigma Training - Program Description The Great Discovery Facilitator program is designed for anyone who seeks to prepare a certified classroom facilitator that can deliver the The Great Discovery Practitioner Certification Workshop in a live 3 day classroom format. We also offer lean six sigma training courses. Of interest the Facilitator Certification Program is delivered in two progressive but interrelated stages. Six Sigma StagesStage 1 - Practitioner Workshop: This stage of the facilitator program is related to successfully completing The Great Discovery Practitioner Workshop. Through participation in the Practitioner Workshop, the learner will gain an in-depth understanding of The Great Discovery, principles, practices and processes, as well as how these things can be applied in ones personal life, home life and work life. Further more, the participant will learn how to link the Proven Path, Strong Spirit, Smart System and Simple Strategy directly to application projects that are chartered to produce value-centric results. In addition, the learner will discover how such knowledge can be used to develop leadership skills and create breakthrough improvements in key business processes, as well as how to achieve personal dreams and stretch-goals. Stage 2 - Facilitator Workshop: This stage of the Facilitator Program is dedicated to learning best-in-class facilitation and coaching skills, as well as understanding how those skills can be used to better leverage the The Great Discovery principles, practices and processes. Special emphasis is placed on use of experimental exercises geared to accelerate a learner’s understanding and to illustrate application of key principles and practices. Finally, through stimulation and role play, the learner will discover how coaching tools can be used to facilitate the chartering, launching and guiding of breakthrough project teams. Program Design Stage 1: The Practitioner Workshop is provided in a live 3 day classroom format that is lead by a Certified Facilitator. Successful completion of the Practitioner Certification Exam is required for this stage. The Practitioner Workshop is organized into 6 instructional modules:
