Coaching Process
Every coaching session is different because coaches value you as an individual and tailor sessions accordingly. But there is a basic four-step process that is followed:

Find out what really drives you - Identifying your values and building a better understanding of what really motivates you is the key to decisive action and successful decision-making. And from here you can move forward and create greater focus - step two.

Clarify what you want - Creating focus on what you really want to achieve - and why - is the next stage. You need a clear vision around which you can set your goals.
